For a long time now I have been an active member of ebay shopping for even the smallest things from it, just because I not at all bothered to go till the store and purchase it for myself. I have in no way had an issue with any of the vendors and with the service, until now I’ve bought 416 objects and have always given a positive comment. Recently I fell in love with a pair of Lacrosse trainers I made this purchase of £75 which was greater purchase than my other regular ones. I also liked my old shoes they were so comfy however they were outdated now and grimy as well, my boyfriend was embarrassed to stroll together with me all over with my trampy outdated sneakers in my feet.I paid for the shoes by Paypal as that’s what I at all times used. I waited for nearly 5 days for the ebay postage, though it was specified that the supply will likely be in 24 hours, then I thought it is best to write an email to the vendor, I wrote explaining that I haven’t recieved the shoes yet plus if they could please check where the problem was. The vendor apologized and acknowledged that because of some problem the website is showing next day delivery truly it will take 15 working days for the delivery. I was terribly upset however at least I knew my trainers were being delivered. A total of 30 days had gone and still no sneakers. I once more contacted the vendor requesting what was going on. She apologized and mentioned they were on their way moreover I will obtain them within 7 days. I was aware that the forty five day dispute time was about to get over so I had no choice but to put a dispute, but how do I phone ebay I searched however didn’t find any number, it mentioned all the dispute procedures are carried out online and taken by Paypal site. Hence I set up a dispute, sent them all the e-mail correspondence between the seller and myself and they stated it will be investigated and a call will be made in seven days.Paypal’s decision was to provide me my money back. It turns out the vendor could not provide a valid delivery number so there was therefore no proof that they’d despatched the shoes to me. This turned out to be the the right choice as I never obtained the sneakers, I feel the whole thing was a scam and that the vendor was stringing me along till I had gone past the forty five days that you need to dispute the buy within Paypal.

The world of innovation is interesting indeed. We see innovation in so many industries and market sectors, as it seems there is no end in sight to what possible futures lie ahead.
